Intellectual Property:
You may not post copyrighted or trademarked materials without permission. The platform reserves the right to remove any infringing content.

Liability:
The platform is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform. The platform is not responsible for any disputes between employers and job seekers.

Amendments:
The platform may amend these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to the amended terms and conditions.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes between the platform and users will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

The platform is not a party to any transaction between employers and job seekers and is not an agent of either party. The platform has no control over the actions of employers or job seekers and is not responsible for any aspect of their relationship.

Non-Discrimination:
Employers agree to comply with all applicable anti-discrimination laws and regulations and to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified job seekers.

Age Restrictions:
Users must be 18 years of age or older to use the platform.

Severability:
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver:
The failure of the platform to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment:
